We begin with a free, no-obligation home visit to assess your existing bathroom and understand how you want the space to work. During the visit, we take measurements, review the layout, and discuss any practical requirements such as accessibility, storage, or changes to fixtures.
This allows us to give clear, informed advice on what’s achievable and how a bathroom renovation or installation can be planned to suit your home and day-to-day use.
Once we understand your requirements, we help shape a layout and product selection that works practically and looks balanced. This includes guidance on tile finishes, sanitaryware, storage, and fittings that are suitable for regular use in a bathroom environment.

Proper preparation is essential to the long-term performance of any bathroom installation. Before fitting begins, we ensure all surfaces are correctly prepared, levels are set accurately, and waterproofing is installed where required.
With over 40 years of combined experience in bathroom installation and tiling, we take care at every stage - from floor levelling and tanking wet areas to routing pipework and checking measurements - to create a solid foundation for the finished bathroom.
Once preparation is complete, we carry out the full bathroom installation, including fitting sanitaryware, showers, tiling, and lighting. Work is carried out carefully and professionally, with attention given to cleanliness and minimising disruption while the installation is underway.
On completion, we walk through the finished bathroom with you to ensure everything has been installed correctly and meets the agreed specification.
